Cardstock Tags
It doesn't take much time to cut these concentric circles with any
shape cutter.  Coluzzle® makes particularly short order of the task
with their concentric circle template.  These circles are 3 inches
in diameter.  We stamped one set and crimped the other set with
Paper Adventures® Lil' Boss embossing tools. One straight cut
from the outer edge through the cardstock to the center circle
allows the paper to easily slip onto the stemware.

Variation:  Place a variety of shapes in the center of the circle, hearts
or stars to name a few!

Doilies
Another quick solution to identify stemware is to cut small holes
into the center of doilies.  One cut from the outer edge of the doilie
that meets the center circle allows it to slip onto the stemware.
You can pre-write your guest's names or let everyone write their
own name.  This alternative is not only easy but elegant too.
