Use shrink plastic to make affordable stemware charms in any style you like!

 1. Materials:
* shrink plastic, hole punch, stamps, ink
   (Sharpies® or Fabrico® markers or StazonŽ ink with chalks and
   blender pens, or other permanent ink)
* wine jewelry wire rings, found in the jewelry section of your local
   craft store
* beads, other embellishments as desired
* jump rings
* wire bending tool

2. Create your shrink plastic charms.  We stamped these, directly
    to the right, with black Stazon® ink and colored them in using
    chalks (pastels) with blender pens.

3. Add your jump ring to the charm and thread it onto the jewelry
    ring with other desired embellishments.

4. Using the wire bending tool, roll each end of the wire ring into a "u"
    shaped loop. You may find this step to be the trickiest part!  When
    the "u" is properly shaped, the beads do not slip off.  We have to
    admit, only half of the charms pictured here meet the "no slip" criteria!
